Ok, I’m planning a trip to New York from Dallas, and I’m looking for either some great air & hotel packages or atleast some cheap tickets (non-stop preferred).

I’ve searched for some tickets and I guess I can say they aren’t as bad as a I thought, but they are not non-stop. And I’m going for vacation for only a week (yeah, surely not enough), so I don’t want to spend more time on a plane than I have to.

As for the hotels, they are definitely over my budget. I know it’s not like a trip to Europe, but are there any good travel packages out there for the budgeted?

I have been to their site, and all this is basically information overload. Too many ticket options, too many resort options. And somehow I have ended up with 2 differents sets of travel packages, one of which I thought was done until I realized it wasn’t. After I chose my resort and ticket packgae I go back and it’s not there! Even after I saved it. There has to be an easier way……..right? Should I click reserve and hope for the best? Or just go through a travel agent?
Sorry, additional question. This is obviously a sprawling complex, and I am sure they charge you at every chance. How do I make sure I don’t get any costly surprises? This vacation itself is costly enough!

ok so here’s the situation. my mom wanted to take me and my brother on vacation for spring break in march. but she passed by an agency to get the brochures (we like the packages that come with food, hotel, tour guide, bus or airplane included) and the lady that works there said that they only give travel packages in june! does that make sense that they wount offer anything for the rest of the year??

we want to go somewhere for spring break and i just wanted to know if all agencies are like that or just this stupid one

it would also be nice if anyone could give us some sites to look at that offer things for the spring, we live in NYC btw, thank you

I really want to go on vacation this summer. However, I’m on a budget. What are some really good sites that I can find affordable travel packages. I’ve already visited expedia and others but I know that many people find really good deals elsewhere.

What are some cheap international destinations that I can fly to this month? I am trying to plan a nice vacation and have tried looking on the mainstream sites like expedia and travelocity but havent had much luck. Any advice on sites to find cheap airfare and travel packages? Any destination suggestions?
I’m currently located on the east coast of the USA so I need to find a cheap flight. It seems the only cheap flights are to mexico but maybe I’m not looking in the right places…

My mom and I are planning to go on a vacation after my graduation and I’ve been researching on good and affordable travel destinations. I’m partial to Hong Kong, Bangkok, Singapore, and Seoul. Any good recommendations.

Also, i’ve been checking out travel packages online and they have these packages (that include accommodations and transportation and tours )that charge per pax (usually ranges from 0 – 400). Does this differ to travelling independently? Or is it advisable to just go with the travel package?

I have an orlando florida vacation package I have to sell. I cannot travel due to health reasons this year and need to sell it quickly. Any ideas where to advertise? Free places please.
Ebay is not an option because I would have to pay 75 dollars to even list it (you have to sign up with someone to verify you for vacation or travel packages)
